One of my favorites is this book about text production strategies of experienced journalists. I wrote it in three days after three years coaching writing at a Swiss quality newspaper. The book sold over 10,000 copies in three editions between 1999 and 2001. This was when publishers still had money to indulge in book designers and cartoonists. This book turned out to be something like the mother of all my future books because of its mapping of theory and practice.
